"I can't even begin to describe how pleased we are with the work that Milecas and his crew did. He not only understood our vision but exceeded it. Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting. Both the patio and steps were beautiful but the thing that struck me most about Milecas is his integrity and dedication to his work. The work was finished according to the schedule that we agreed on and on budget. Talking of budget, we talked to 6 contractors including Milecas and Milecas has the lowest cost and we got more for our money. "I live at the bottom of 4 hills and have a natural underground spring in my back yard. Between the storm water runoff from up hill and the spring underground, my backyard was a 24/7 swamp. I called a couple of different landscape companies. None of them wanted anything to do with it. One of the companies even told me that I needed a land development engineer. No way was I going to call an engineer. I called Evergreen and Keith came out. He looked at the situation and it didnt seem to phase him at all. He was the first guy to come out whose eye balls didnt pop out of his head. He got back to me with a fair price and was able to start a few days later. He installed lots of stone and pipe. Regraded the yard and planted new seed. Keith literally drained my swamp. I never in a million years would think that I would ever have to water my backyard. I have to water it every night now. I would definitely recommend Evergreen for your landscaping and drainage needs."
