"I had an outstanding experience with Manfredia Carpentry & General Contracting, LLC in finishing a basement project. From start to finish, the team was highly professional, communicative and reliable. "Splendid. I was referred to LHI by an acquintnance who they have done work for and who was raving about how they remodeled their bathroom. I hired them to turn an old out of shape apartment into a unit I am now renting for $1600 a month. The tiny bathroom in tgis apartment was gutted along with kitchen. They completely rebuilt everything head to toe and did major improvements. Everything was done in house, electrical, tile, carpentry and painting were all competed by professionals. The result, an apartment that I feel bad renting out amd want to move into myself. I recomend them 10 times over."

"Exactly as expected. Gregory repaired both siding and gutter. After a heavy rain, the gutter repair has solved the problem. The trim repair matches well (white). This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. Given the work required and the height, I thought it was a fair price."

"This was a big job that was part of a whole-house renovation. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work. I would rehire &/or recommend them in a heartbeat."
