"I booked these people to come out and clean my mothers carpet while she was in the hospital. They assured me they would be here to clean the carpets on Monday. They never showed up but my mother was released from the hospital. So I had to keep her at my house. They never notified me they were not showing up. Not a phone call not a text. I had to call them to find out they were on the other side of the state and would not be here today. They guarantee they would be here the next day, and again they did not arrive. I called the pro number was cut off. So then I called home advisor and they basically told me to just arrange for the carpets to be done by somebody else while my mother waited at my house because her house was tore up waiting for the carpets to be done. They offered just a $10 discount on another company when they should have offered half price. I am disgusted."

"Great work, quality and care. Cleaned carpet in a living room, dining room, staircase and large landing. Cleaned tile and grout in the kitchen. Carpets look fantastic removed stains i did not think would come out, including pet stains and odor. Kitchen tile and grout was especially dirty and looks almost like new. They sealed the tile and grout afterwards to protect it longer term and help to keep it clean. The guys were super thorough, explained the process every step of the way and really got into all the nooks and crannies to deep clean. I can't believe how clean my carpeted staircase looks! They cleaned with a smaller handheld crevice steam cleaner that worked wonders. Highly recommended."

They explained the plan and then proceeded to implement. My couch looks like I had just bought it after they were finished. Not a crumb or dog hair to be seen. 😀 They then cleaned the carpet. It looks like new, I don't even want to walk on it. By the time they left, the upholstery was dry and the carpet was almost there. I am so pleased with the job they did and they were so courteous and helpful. "We have white fabric couches in our living room and one of our cats used one of the couches as a litter pan. I was devastated....figured we would have to order 2 seat cushions and it would be costly. I found Jersey Steamer and decided to give them a shot... BEST decision!! You can’t tell anything ever happened...and even the smell is completely gone. They were at my house within 24 hours of me calling and they offered to be there sooner but it didn’t work for us with our schedules. Not only did they fix my cushions but they vacuumed both couches and when they were done...the couches looked like did when they were delivered 2 years ago!! And for all they did, we couldn’t get over what a fair price they charged! They were so excellent that we’ve decided to have them come in a couple of times a year to have them clean the couches, dining room chairs and kitchen stools which all have cloth seats. This company nailed it for us !!"
