Major issues: The wall was not leveled to the lawn; therefore exposing the dirt and cracks were filled in with pebbles. I expected the wall to be the same height as the lawn all around. The owner, Stephen was shouting and talking aggressively to me. It was so loud that my neighbors came out to see what was going on. I guess since I am an older black woman, I should except this type of treatment, I say otherwise. All he had to do was add more blocks and I would have paid him. He demanded full payment and claimed to write an another estimate once he figured how to fix the issue. Really? He even threatened to take the wall down. He claimed that he could not tell my property was on a slope -his misjudgment. I ended up with a short wall on one side, a disfigured lawn, and cracks filled in with pebbles. Payment was never the issue. $300.00 added for wall extension prior to demo."

"Davidson and Son. I had a deck around my pool put up exactly 1 year ago from today by Justin’s and his crew and it is now separating from every joint and he refuses to fix it. He told me he would be back last year because the wood started to warp after a month of being up and he never came. I let it go because it was only a couple pieces but now the entire deck is separating. There are a ton of nails and screws the deck posts were pit directly into the ground instead of using sona tubes so it will surely rot a lot quicker if it was done the right way. Mind you this is someone I have known for years as well and does not stand behind his work and told me he spent enough time on it and will not fix it and doesn’t make the wood. Except if everything was plum etc. it wouldn’t be doing this."
