"Be very careful with this group. They keep changing their name whenever they get a negative review. They used to be Happy Valley Cleaning services, then elite cleaning, and now service nation. There have been some very concerning incidents with them and their clients. I used them and had an incident and something feels very wrong. Why change your name that many times?"

"Can’t say enough good things about Mike! Requested a quote through Angie’s List and heard back from him within 24 hours. We had water coming into our basement during hard rain due to not having window wells installed and we wanted to get them put in ASAP. Mike came by to take a look the day he called and he fit us in the next day. He and my husband did the work together which saved a lot of time and money. Mike was extremely positive, enthusiastic, and generally a pleasure to be around! We have a few more jobs around the house we need done and will definitely be calling him again."

"Facing around replacement windows was wider than present windows. Called them three times before a rep came (a month later) to look at mistake. The rep left, told me nothing about when someone would return and remedy poor installation. Still waiting. January 11, 2019."
