"Unfortunately there were a series of mishaps that resulted in the team arriving many hours early, while the movers were still working. This situation meant that the work couldn't be accomplished in any way as thoroughly or quickly as I had planned. The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned fairly well, but everything else got what my Mom used to call "a lick and a promise". I ended up running the vacuum cleaner around and wiped down corners and baseboards after they'd gone, and the refrigerator was left dirty. Thank goodness I'd already cleaned the oven myself a few days earlier.
Let me say that I like these folks and truly wish them well. I expect that if they had been able to arrive at the time we'd originally scheduled, that the work would have been completed satisfactorily. I wish that they had been able to honor the original agreement; they did their best, I know, but as it happened, I was disappointed in the result.

However, the main crew made use of the down time and helped us to move an existing outdoor BBQ center to line up with existing gas lines. "We needed a post-construction clean-up of our new home. We have high ceilings, big and high windows. There was dust everywhere on walls, ceilings, etc. Elisa was very professional. She came over to give me an estimate, and after I scheduled a day, she sent me a confirmation the night before. She was punctual and I am very happy with the end result. She walked with me and let me inspect their work at the end. I will definitely recommend her and her team as they work very well, are reasonably priced, and very pleasant to work with. Will be hiring them again for more clean-up."

"The ladies from Dust Away showed up right on time. They were friendly and polite. Only the lead cleaner spoke English so I discussed my cleaning needs with her alone. When I called for the appt, the manager said that two ladies would be coming and they would work for two hours. The coupon I had was for 4 hrs of cleaning at $130, so that sounded fine. I have a very big house and I knew they wouldn't be able to clean the whole house in only 2 hours; so I told the manager I wanted  them to dust and sweep;  the living room, dining room and family room- and to dust and mop the kitchen. I asked him if they finished all of that in time, could they also clean my bedroom as well.  On the day of cleaning, three women actually showed up. They did a good job. They cleaned for about 1 hr. 40 minutes. in total. They cleaned the 4 basic rooms I had asked for, but didn't clean my bedroom.  
I would ask them to come again, but the $130 deal was only for the first time. I don't think I could agreed to pay what it costs for regular whole house cleaning.
