Since I live out of town and was there for the day Bob was very accommodating and worked his schedule to meet with me . "Everything went as planned. We went to the store on Route 9 about 2 weeks prior to closing and spoke with Karen about getting something set up for measuring and work done. She was very helpful and told and pretty much told us to give them a call when the house closed to set up a time to measure. She told us what to expect with estimating, pricing, and timing on getting the work done. She was always very responsive and, when we called her the day prior to closing, she told us when to expect Jim, her husband, to come out an measure for the carpeting. Jim came, measured, and the next day, got us a very reasonable estimate for a nice, quality carpet. Both were very accommodating with allowing us to take the carpet samples to see in our new home to make sure we liked the choices, They ordered the carpet, and told us exactly when it was to arrive. Work was done right after the carpet came in. We could not have been more pleased with the entire experience and the quality of work done. They did an excellent job and were always timely and professional. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future when we have flooring needs arise."

"We had Bethlehem Gallery of Floors here to replace wall to wall carpeting in our living room with vinyl wood look flooring and old vinyl in our kitchen with updated tile look vinyl. We are extremely happy with them ! We received a prompt response to our request. An estimate was given . Explanations were given as to what materials would be best for our project and why. "This was a great experience from the phone call to schedule to walking in to a fresh, clean carpet! theKleen and Fresh was familiar with the complex of which my condo is a part of. The owner, Norbert Hirst, met me at the door a few moments early, did a walk through and explained what their procedure was. The condo was empty so it was a fairly quick job but they could get to every area of the rooms, especially the dark lines around the edges known as filtration soil. I felt comfortable enough with them to leave but before I did, Norbert told me to let them know if I noticed any thing they missed and he would come back an take care of it.
