"Manny was both punctual, professional and knowledgeable in his assessment of my Rental Property kitchen and Laundry Appliances. I trusted his diagnostics with regards to the newly installed kitchen oven and missing ice-maker bin for the automatic ice maker bin. He ordered the parts and returned to replace parts as needed in an efficient, prompt and professional manner. I specially appreciate his professionalism as he noted that factory had not sent the correct ice-maker replacement bin for my freezer equipment and immediately re-ordered it. It was replaced today, Monday 29, June, 2020. In the interim, Manny kept me a rest of the status on delivery of the correct replacement part for this equipment . "Excellent. Mr. Singh was out the next business day and offered guidance on either obtaining a new microwave or repairing the existing appliance. He gave an estimate either way. I chose to repair the existing microwave and I really liked the model and it was installed as over the stove. Mr. Singh was knowledgeable, quick and completely professional. "Well we bought a new dishwasher & my assumption was that the price included installation, but I found out the hard way, on the day of the delivery that installation was not included & even if I pay the delivery guys the cost of installation, they are not authorized to install. I have to call Lowe's & schedule an installation appointment. I was in no mood to wait for another day, so I searched my local community FB page & got Apple Appliances Number (lots of people recommended them). They were at my house in 30 minutes &installed the dishwasher. After the installation the lead technician noticed that the dishwasher was making unusually loud noise during filling of water. I thought it was normal noise since my old dishwasher use to make a lot of noise, but he told me that for this high-end dishwasher it is making too much noise and I should call Lowe's to replace the unit. I was still not sure as I didn't wanted to get inconvenience d, but he convinced me & glad I did. They came again & installed the replaced unit with no extra charge and as the lead technician said, the new unit didn't make any noise. Am so glad I called them & will be calling them for my future needs!"

"My furnace is very old and quit working.  I called several HVAC companies and received  quotes to replace ranging from $1,800 to $11,000.  I found Energy Wise on Angies and called Matt.  He returned my call within 30 minutes and was at my house within 24 hours.  After his inspection, he stated that the furnace was still in good shape and could offer me a  number of years service before buying a new unit.  He suggested replacing the motor and fan and cleaning internal parts.  All of this was completed by the end of the next day.
Matt is very professional, punctual, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.  Not only did he save me a great deal of money, I now have a heating/air conditioning system that has never worked better.

"The project was a nightmare - for the plumber. The work required was far beyond what was reasonably expected. Things went wrong. Throughout, though, the plumber tackled the job carefully, remained cheerful and polite throughout, and got the job done. The house, and therefore the valve, is about 70 years old, and the valve was stuck. At each step of placing new valve, he tested. There were parts failures, eventually requiring one or more trips to obtain another valve. For the final try, he called in reinforcements (the owner of the firm, I think). They got the job done, for the original contracted price. I will definitely use this firm again, the next time I need services they provide. Note: there is a note on their listing saying they did not show Angie's List licenses in Maryland or DC. Fortunately, we and they are in Virginia."

While the promptness of the planned visits was not good, the technician did continue to try to troubleshoot the problem in the end, and the company refunded a portion of our money.
