The treatments are also not deathly harmful to my cat or dog. No more fear from my family and neighborhood children and animals touching my lawn with mainstream, poisonous, fertilizers. And, I'm sure I've cut down the amount of chemicals running off my lawn and going into the drainage or neighbor's lawns."

Troy and his crew went above and beyond and advised me of the necessity to redo the underground gutter drains. They did this additional work and also reseeded the area dug up so that the surroundings looked untouched when they left. "When they did the edges, I didn’t want them to put the bricks there. I wanted them to put a trench to separate where the grass started and the flower bed. I asked them to do it because I wanted it to look more professional and not like something crazy I did that wasn’t straight. It looks very crooked like something I would have done. The front they did well. I told him and he came back out and let him off the hook. He acknowledgeable that he could have done a better job. They didn’t’ put the extensions on the down spout far enough. So now I need to re-dig and make them lower or add more top soil above. They didn’t do a professional job as I would have liked. They were supposed to spray and a couple of days later I noticed that none of the vegetation was dying. I called back and they acknowledge it and came back out. They were responsive.    I tried to use them again but they were not responsive."

"I had a very pleasant conversation with the owner, Jim, that resulted in me giving him and his company a chance to provide their services. Kevin was the team lead and was very professional and pleasant. He and his team arrived around 9a ready to work. He checked with me to ensure that he understood what I needed, and they proceeded to work. They were finished in about 2.5 hours, and I walked around back to see how the bushes looked. I was pleased with how neatly cut they were and with how well the leaves had been removed from the entire lawn. All three gentlemen respectfully thanked me prior to leaving. I was very pleased and plan to enter into a contract to have Jim and his team take care of my lawn this season."

"When I emailed Pro Arbor, they contacted me by phone within a few hours and scheduled their arborist, Adam, to come the next business day. Adam arrived a few minutes early, which was wonderful, and looked carefully at each of our three large trees in the front yard. He then explained the issues with each tree and made suggestions for each one for now and for the future. He arranged to do the work two days later. Adam himself showed up with the crew right on time on the service day, and he introduced me to all of the crew members. The guys worked quickly and carefully, and when they were done, they showed me exactly what they'd done to each tree and what we should think about next time they come. When the invoice came, it didn't reflect a discount I'd purchased via Angie's list, but Alice fixed the problem within hours. Their emails, telephone calls, and in-person contacts were among the most professional I've ever encountered with home-services providers. I will definitely be calling them in a few years to trim our trees again. Working with them was simply a terrific experience.
