"Weeds in the lawn are controlled much better than I was "controlling" it on my own with big box store fertilizers. I don't have to water in the treatments after application too. The treatments are also not deathly harmful to my cat or dog. No more fear from my family and neighborhood children and animals touching my lawn with mainstream, poisonous, fertilizers. And, I'm sure I've cut down the amount of chemicals running off my lawn and going into the drainage or neighbor's lawns."

Troy proposed a plan to improve drainage by running drain pipes from all of the downspouts, and then adding top soil and sod. "When they did the edges, I didn’t want them to put the bricks there. I wanted them to put a trench to separate where the grass started and the flower bed. I asked them to do it because I wanted it to look more professional and not like something crazy I did that wasn’t straight. It looks very crooked like something I would have done. The front they did well. I told him and he came back out and let him off the hook. He acknowledgeable that he could have done a better job. They didn’t’ put the extensions on the down spout far enough. So now I need to re-dig and make them lower or add more top soil above. They didn’t do a professional job as I would have liked. They were supposed to spray and a couple of days later I noticed that none of the vegetation was dying. I called back and they acknowledge it and came back out. They were responsive.    I tried to use them again but they were not responsive."

Kevin was the team lead and was very professional and pleasant. He and his team arrived around 9a ready to work. He checked with me to ensure that he understood what I needed, and they proceeded to work. They were finished in about 2.5 hours, and I walked around back to see how the bushes looked. I was pleased with how neatly cut they were and with how well the leaves had been removed from the entire lawn. All three gentlemen respectfully thanked me prior to leaving. I was very pleased and plan to enter into a contract to have Jim and his team take care of my lawn this season."

Their emails, telephone calls, and in-person contacts were among the most professional I've ever encountered with home-services providers. I will definitely be calling them in a few years to trim our trees again. Working with them was simply a terrific experience.
