"I recently installed a 2 ton mini split AC in my garage and wanted to insulate the enclosed peaked roof attic area of about 550 sqft. I was going to do it myself with the HD blow in insulation and rental blower but decided to get a few quotes. East Valley was only a few hundred dollars more than doing it myself. Communication was great, price was great, the two-person crew showed up on time with a 1/2-hour courtesy call beforehand, when they arrived, they verified the project and square footage I gave them, they laid down a plastic sheet on the driveway to protect the drive, parked their box van and went to work, took about 45 minutes beginning to finish. "The owner, Joe called me and gave me a quote over the phone. YES! The quote was based on my square footage and my desire to stick with the least expensive solution. The new blown-in product won't need more added as it did with the original product blown-in by a different company 10 years ago. That inferior product had a settling rate of over half! The workers were on time, made short work of the installation, let me climb the ladder to see the before, sent me photos of the after, and stuck with the original quote. Lastly, they were here within a week of my initial call and were on time. Great company and saved me more than $800 on the next lowest estimate. Highly recommend."

"After receiving bids from three other companies that provide Blown-in Insulation, Attic Construction AZ's complete process was explained to me from start to finish. They would set up a protective barrier to keep there work area clean. There removal of existing insulation material, Sanitizing the attic, rodent proofing and sealing all penetration points in the ceiling before blowing in new insulation. And extensive clean up on completion of the job. There process was a lot more thrall then most of the other companies I received bids from. They were courteous, efficient and prompt. He invited me up into the attic and pointed out my current level of insulation and explained what I needed to upgrade to code. He answered all my questions.
