"This was a project for stucco repair on a block wall between my property & a neighbor (and painted to match existing color), repair of two pony walls in the backyard that needed replacement of flagstone vertical and horizontal pieces that degraded over the years, and repair of a portion of patio cement that had cracked. Jacob and his crew did an excellent job and understood what needed to be done and how best to do it. Jacob suggested a unique way of applying a new top-cap tinted cement to match the flagstone walls that provided a very sturdy top layer?much stronger than what was on there initially. The stucco wall repair matched what was originally on the wall and the patio repair fit right into the existing concrete. The crew worked tirelessly to get the job done in between the weather issues and completed the job in a timely manner at a very cost-effective price. I am extremely pleased with the final product, the customer service, and the friendly approach to the whole project. "

"Brad was professional, punctual and personable. Initially I showed him some bricks that were either loose or totally off our front steps to our house. We also needed some repair on a brick walkway set in mortar. Upon his extra thorough inspection of the steps, many more bricks were slightly loose. He gave me many options. He told me that the labor costs would be more extensive to repair all the bricks on the treads and suggested a solid stone tread. He offered options on this product and layout. The project turned out beautifully and looks like it should have always had the stone on the treads. He also pressure washed and sealed the walkway and stoop vastly improving the look. We built our house in 1995 and this was all original."

"Contacted Masterscapes to repair existing water feature we had installed in our backyard by a landscape contractor when we moved into our home. Both the waterfall and the pond itself continually leaked and the contractor was unable to make repairs. Masterscapes came out and gave me an estimate to either repair or replace. The estimate was detailed with a number of options which made clear they were trying to help us find the right balance between the aesthetics of our home and the size of our wallet. They did explain if I chose repair, they couldn't extend a warranty because they wouldn't be accessing all the previous contractor's plumbing which was perfectly understandable. Ultimately, we chose to start over and have Masterscapes redo the entire water feature. We are so glad we did! It was amazing to watch the worker's attention to every little detail. They did a meticulous job creating a beautiful and natural looking boulder stack for the waterfall, and replaced the old cement pond with a properly constructed one guaranteed not to leak. The final result is spectacular and exceeded our expectations. Masterscapes called each of the three days of the project to let us know they were on schedule and when the workers would arrive. The crew was extremely polite and respectful of our property and neighbors. Everywhere material would be on the ground they laid tarps first, and swept and blew off the area afterward. They gave us opportunity for input as the project went along, asking our preferences (such as whether to use river rock in the pond or not). I rated price as a "B" only because it was expensive (and stung a little bit to be paying for something twice, which wasn't Masterscape's fault). The cost also includes a warranty from a reputable local business and that has value. We are very confident we got the quality installation we paid for and couldn't be happier with Masterscapes. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again."

"Excellent! Steve was very professional; he listened to what I wanted, and when he came back with the design, he nailed it!!! It was so beautiful. We then had to wait to get the money, and he was very patient with us. He never rushed us or lost interest because we were taking to long. After six months we needed to tweak the design a little to cut a few costs, but I have to say there was nothing lost in the design except the cost; we finally agreed to the work on a Friday and they started that following Monday. The team of workers were professional, cleanly, and FAST! They took my yard from dirt to retreat in 8 working days!!! They were amazing, and everyone who sees our yard is extremely impressed!
