"Sean did a thorough cleaning of our chimney which hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years. He covered the hearth and carpeting nearby and vacuumed during and after the cleaning process. He also installed a flue cap per our additional request that same trip. When it was time to clean the dryer vent, he took one look and said that it wasn’t in need of cleaning and didn’t charge the fee for it. He had to access the vent through the roof where he got a clear view of the vent. We will definitely call AZ Chimney and Air Ducts again for service in the future."

Even if new valve had been needed it would have only added a couple hundred dollars to cost. Very reputable and know what they are doing. Highly recommend them."
