"Excellent. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism. They came early everyday and when they left the areas where they worked were spotless. They were honest and transparent in keeping me informed. They even did extra work in areas I did not pay for. While working on my project I had a personal crisis and Luis and his Family came over with a dozen of beautiful white roses and showed me love and compassion. I will never forget that!!! I know have the best house in the neighborhood. My neighbors tell me that all the time. My new front porch and back deck are my pride and joy; my slice of paradise here on earth. "As a disabled veteran, I thought this company cared about me in a way that I would feel proud about. They came in, gave me the pitch, told me they worked with veterans and knew what paperwork needed to be done to send to the VA and I went with it hook line and sinker. It?s been a month since the walk-in shower was completed, and they have yet to give me the needed final paperwork to give to the VA to process for my HISA verification. Their call center not only lied to me telling me that they were going to send it, they lied to the VA who also called and was informed they were going to send it to them also. As a veteran, I would stay away from this company, far away from this company because of their non-commitment to finish what they started. The workers are superb, the sales team and customer service is trash. I apologize for the tone but I am very upset and it took me 39 days to post this because I thought they were actually working the issue but they aren?t. "

"Zach and his team at Blue Crab Home Solutions did a great job! They quickly arrive for an estimate and evaluation of my damage. Offered a solution and contract to do the job. Due to weather it took a couple weeks but they contacted us with a date and time and completed task in one day. This saved my home from further damage at a responsible cost. They communicate well and had great costumer service. I would reach out to them again for other projects needed around my home. "

"Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work. I 100% agree with one of the previous reviews and, unfortunately, am experiencing the same issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration. While the quality of work itself is good, the project management leaves much to be desired. My bathroom renovation started on December 1st, 2025, with a promised completion time of two weeks. It has now been almost a month, and the project is still not finished. I would admit that I am responsible for one week delay in replacing a bathtub. Throughout this process, I have received little to no communication ? no daily updates and not even consistent weekly updates ? regarding the timeline or the scope of work being completed. This lack of communication from the project manager, Orkhan, has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Coordinating with both the crew and management has been extremely difficult, and the project manager?s attitude has at times been rude and unprofessional. "
