Bob was great at balancing the time spent on the different sections of the house. For example, the back of my garage wall had some pretty bad spots, but my concern was not with perfection of the look, just keeping water out and the cost down, while the re pointing he did above the windows and in the brick work facing the street he spent more time on to blend in with the preexisting brick and it looks fantastic. He is very focused on the job to be completed but always evaluates other areas of the property to ensure that it is in good condition. (Not an easy feat with multiple households, one being out of state for an extended period.) However, the paperwork was managed easily by A & J Excavation. All signatures were obtained electronically and work was able to begin. At the jobs completion, everyone was extremely pleased with the quality of the work.
