Bill showed cross sections of the older range power line and the new line installed, describing the differences in insulation and safety features of the newer line. Bill went above and beyond by detecting the wrong cord on the new range, and replaced this with the proper range gauge power cord. Bill also helped us to correctly position and level the new range appliance. "Called Justin the owner at about 10 or 10:30 on Friday Jan 13 and his brother installed a replacement electric baseboard heating unit by 10:30 on Saturday January 14 for only a nominal extra charge for Saturday.
