I give a B+ rating based on the length of time it took to book the appointment to have the system installed. The owner who provided the quote said they were booking 7-10 days out and it ended up they were booked over a month out. I may have gone with another company had I known it would take so long. "Scott from Landmark Inspections performed a home inspection of the home my husband and I are purchasing. We are first time home buyers and this is our first home inspection. We were very impressed with Scott from beginning to end. Before the inspection, he was responsive and communcative, answering every one of our phone calls and emails. The inspection was thorough and Scott and his trainee inspector (also Scott) took the time to answer our questions and explain everything they were doing/finding. Arrived right on the appointment inspection time and went right to work. Out side home inspection, roof top inspection of second and first floors roofs. Moved inside and pointed out problem areas as he went along.  Basement and first floor radon test also. Inspection on a Friday, emailed detailed report on Saturday morning with many pictures and suggestions of what to do to correct problems.
