"From beginning to end the process was amazing. Called the number here on Angie's List and left a message, within 15 minutes I got a call back to schedule and confirm the problem. They had very good availability and had me scheduled for the following day. I received an email with my confirmation. They called me 40 min before my tech, Adam Cocroft, arrived; they also sent me an email with his name and picture. Adam surveyed the situation, told me what he was planning to do, and if i wanted more done.
