All calls and texts were responded to in a decent time, the man is busy and not available 24/7 but always got back to me the next day as needed. My install took a bit due to having an issue getting the exact color I wanted but Titan wanted me to be happy, went to 3 different powder coaters to get the right look, and had it installed in a day. Everything as promised, on budget and went WELL above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my gates. After dealing with all the contractors I have had in the last year, dealing with Ric and Titan is a breathe of fresh air."

"Jeff and his crew were professional and experienced. I interviewed four companies. Patios by B & B were not the cheapest and not the most expensive. I felt most comfortable with Jeff's honesty, professionalism and experience. He was also very patient with our schedule due to the fact that we were having some major work done prior to him starting and that kept getting delayed. From our first meeting with him to signing the contract, he did everything to endear himself and his company to our needs. Jeff has great experience and also has many great ideas and design choices. Something you do not think about much is the quality of the product that is installed. Jeff made us feel like we were getting great value for the quality of the product used. The next concern that we had was the experience and workmanship of the actual laborers. We never had that concern with Jeff and his crew. It was the same people showing up everyday and you could tell with how well they worked together that they knew what they are doing. Take the time to ask as many questions as you want. "i called TARGET GARAGE DOOR AND GATES because i needed to replace my old garage door , the  technician came to my house he was really professional , he show me the catalog and i pickup a door that i like , its was a standard one car garage door 8x7.
the door was ready in 3 days the came install the door put me a new cable, new spring, new panel and new track all included in the same price for $699, they did a great job , very professional and quick they did a great great job!!!
i will definitely will recommend to anyone that need any service for garage door and gates and i will definitely

"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"
