We scheduled a appointment time of 11 am the next day but due to severe storms due the day of he came and repaired it at 7am in the rain instead. He did amazing work and even with 65 mile hour winds just a few hours later the repairs held firm. We liked his work so much we are going to hire him for other projects. "Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.
