"I provided material and Stonebrook did roofing. They claimed platinum certified for owen corning. The crew came in and seem to be from another sub contractor. They did good work but took short cuts . No one was there to supervise. Like they cut ice and water shield and did not overlap. I am not sure if they are the best but certainly better than lot of local folks. Cost vs value - Six nails, timely and punctual, but took some short cuts during installation. Ridge cap was installed with nails opposite the wind direction. Not good. I called them and the crew will be here to fix. Sorry! I wish I could give A. <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"This past saturday we woke up with no cool air and plans of having a full house/backyard for labor day weekend. Called around, checked here on angies lists and found Land M here in piedmont. I called and they were able to get here pretty quickly actually which was a relief as we had decided to proceed h*** or highwater, and it was already 85 degrees at like 10am, so it was lookin' like the former. Anyways, all told it took them about 30, 35 minutes to make some adjustments and run some tests and they had the AC purring and running better than ever. We were all pretty grateful. <br />"
