They came back and told us they suggested to do more insulation for the attic when they saw it themselves before and mentioned that it was ok and the other room to run a second duct. They came in for a service and wanted to add a $1K part to avoid the molding in the AC and I was like what 0:? They never schedule us to add the 2nd duct for the room even when we follow up. After 5 years I called them because our AC system is not working and they mentioned it's $130 just to come and look at it because we did't get their club membership. Never again will call them."

"I would NOT recommend this company for anyone needing HVAC services. The technician they sent into our home was inappropriate and asked personal details over the phone with me. Our smoke detectors were going off in the house, and the technician told us carbon monoxide was leaking from the HVAC. Our smoke detectors only detect smoke/fire and they were going off due to a loose wire in one of the detectors. Becht Givens quoted us $10,000-$12,000 for a new HVAC because they "detected" carbon monoxide and that's why the smoke detectors were going off. They came out before a huge winter storm, turned the heat off in the house, and told us to pay for a replacement and they couldn't do anything else for us. Thankfully I called another company, and they assured us that carbon monoxide was not the issue and fixed our actual issue. This company is out for money and I will never use them again. I called to ask for a refund on the $99 dispatch fee and they refused a refund. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!"
