Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. It actually started to rain when he was there and he kept working through that because he said he didn't want to come back to inconvenience me. His diligence was duly noted. He gave me advice on how to keep it clean. He was an all around courteous guy and did a nice thorough job. He was very neat and he didn't make a mess. He put on shoe protectors. He didn't bring a whole lot of tools into the house. When he was done, he cleaned up real nice. I was completely satisfied with his work. The Groupon was excellent."
