They got up on the roof and looked around and correctly identified the potential area of leak which was a fairly new chimney cap. I was skeptical since it was new. Dave suggested I spray water in various areas to find the leak and he was correct, the installers had missed a spot with the caulking and there was a hole where water was getting in from the cap. I sealed it myself and no more leak. I very much appreciate the fact that he sent his guy to look things over at no charge and didn't pressure me to have him try to find the actual leak and fix it. "I have tried for 6 months to get a roofer to make a simple repair and maintenance on my roof, they would all blow me off for not going through with a full roof replacement. Michael came out quickly and agreed our roof is in pretty good shape for it's age and worth the repair and was able to do the work that same week! His work was very clean, he was on time and fairly priced. He even went above and beyond to spray paint an ugly radon exhaust pipe to match our roof so now it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb which is a testament that he cares about his work. Although that was a small thing it meant a lot to us as homeowners! I would absolutely recommend him and will hire him again come the day our roof does need a full replacement."

"I'm a little late on my review, but we hired JC Masonry in June 2015 and had brick re-pointing done on our house where some of our mortar was falling out between our bricks, and the owner and his son were out at our house for several days, and even worked around our exterior painters that ended up being there at the same time due to rain delays that summer. These guys did a great job on our house, the new mortar matched perfect after it cured completely, and we are still VERY satisfied with the work completed! I would definitely recommend them for brick repairs/re-pointing!"
