"I do not think they are professionals at refinishing hardwood floors. Mine are far from looking new-- they are pretty much ruined. All of the putty they put into the gaps, has all been slowly coming out, the stain is pulling up in some places, and the hardwood floor itself is even PEELING/coming apart from them not knowing what they were doing. They also left the sander on too long in certain places and you can see giant scratch swirl marks. There are huge splotches of gray stain in certain places that it looks like thick paint. They also did not remove the floor board trim to do the stain/refinish the floor-- so you can see the original tan floor in some places next to the new gray stain I chose. They also left trash everywhere and broke multiple electrical outlets, got floor stain all over the walls, floor boards, and my doors. They also pulled our washer and dryer out to get to the high voltage plug they needed for their sanding machine-- and they dryer came detached from the heat vent that goes to the outside-- which is a HUGE FIRE HAZARD. I was unaware of this until I kept smelling the dryer from far distances in my home-- so I was smart enough to check, but it had been like this for at least a month. They offered to come back and paint the baseboards for a reasonable price since they left stain everywhere and trash. I could see on my Ring video camera doorbell that whoever he had come to help, was drinking beer and smoking weed. They forgot to paint the back of my bedroom door-- and also did NOT remove any of the doors and sand them down as promised-- so they would look brand new. The also did not sand any of the baseboards where heavy paint was--which was also promised. This is a horrible job, I could have done on my own, for free. You also will be making your check out to **the owner**-- which means there is no real company and it is a payroll tax avoidance/contractor scam. Once they have your money, and screw up, there is no way to do anything about it because you are writing a check out to a PERSON, not a company, so you cannot hold them accountable. Chad is very responsive and a hard worker, but other than that, no."

"From quote to completion of work, the job went great. Mike's team was extremely courteous, professional and timely throughout the execution of the project. In fact the initial quote was for 4 days but they completed it in 3 and on budget. The work involved the removal of 30 year old wall paper, scrape, resurface walls/ceilings and paint. The rooms really look fantastic. We are planning another similar project for the master bedroom and living room, I will definitely have them execute that project as well. Mike, also gave us some great ideas for how to finish dark wood staircase to give it a more up to date look and so will look for his company to take on that project as well. Highly recommend them for any drywall/painting projects."

"Helix painting was recommended by my daughter-in-law. She said she hoped we got to work with Chad because he was great. We did get to work with Chad and he was! He got us into the schedule quickly , walked us through the process on painting day to make sure everything was done the way we wanted and gave us a great tip about the way to make all the cut lines look clean and crisp. Then Juan and his crew arrived. They covered all the flooring and counters to protect them and got right to work. Juan said they could get it done in a day and they did! It’s beautiful. Also, Chad kept in touch with us during the day and was there for the walk-thru at the end. He used his experienced eye to help us find any missed spots or mistakes and there was only 1 little spot that needed a little more paint.This is a new spec house and this morning the construction manager came by to give us some paperwork and he was very, very impressed with the job Helix had done. "I can't say enough about the amazing job Cliff Stuart Interior Painting did with our complete interior house paint job. Cliff and his crew took the time to carefully remove all the lighting, windows, and electrical hardware in each of the rooms (and replaced at the end), repaired all the holes and damaged areas, and then hand painted primer and two coats of paint on all the walls, trim, and ceilings. This 31 year old house now looks as good as any of the new build model homes! We're so pleased with how it turned out. Cliff is a professional and shows up when he says he'll be there, takes care of the house during the process as if it were his own, and provides sage recommendation on the things you never even considered when you started the process. You get what you pay for and I believe I got everything I was hoping to receive and then some. You can find cheaper spray on paint companies out there, but I'm VERY satisfied with our results from hiring Cliff and his team!"
