"Excellent communication from beginning to post installation made them super easy to work with Installers were on time, did a great job, were patient and helpful when we needed to make a last minute change in design. On top of all that they actually cleaned up before they left rather than leaving a mess like so many contractors do. Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it).
