"The initial insulation was good the rough looks great but they're follow up sucks there's some things that they did wrong that need to be fixed and it's been a week since they finished and they have yet to come back and fix any of it plus there's a pile of gutters in my front yard that have been waiting to be picked up for a week so I can't give them a very good rating until they get the job totally done"

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in Pine Bluffs, WY

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
