When Rod came to the house he was able to quickly understand what we wanted to do and made a few excellent recommendations based on the look of our house and our desire for a traditional look. When it was time to do the install, Rod told us it would take 4-5 days including applying a custom stain. He showed up on time and worked non-stop each of the days he was here.
