I previously received Roof Renew Pros’ mailer and held onto it for this occasion as we had gotten moss and lichen growth on our roof. "They are very nasty / rude and not professional on the phone. When we call, it takes almost a week for them to show up. We recently called and scheduled for a date and when they Didn’t show up we called them again and they said no one called to schedule anything and we’re very rude about it. I’ve been a client with them for just over 3 years. The first year was amazing service but the last 2 years is making me look into other options."
