This was much more difficult than anticipated, but they did the job without complaint or extra charge (which was much appreciated). Once the house was painted, John (the owner) came back to install the new gutters. He also painted and installed downspout leader boxes and decorative brackets. "We were very pleased with the work of Tim and his crew.  We solicited bids from five contractors and, although his bid was not the lowest, Tim offered the best quality gutter and was the most attentive to our needs.  He took the time to explain the installation process and answered all of our questions.  He immediately provided proof of licensure and insurance when requested.  He showed up on time for each appointment and always answered our phone calls and text messages.  He even came back to install our rain barrel for free a few weeks after installing the gutters.  It has rained a couple times since the gutters were installed and they appear to be working well so far.
