He arrived with the most impressive presentation (handouts) of all the contractors who came to give us estimates. The first thing I liked about Luis was that had a copy of his certificate of liability insurance and registration with the Dept of Consumer Protection (which I confirmed as I had worked with a construction management company before), This gave Luis a very good first impression. Luis was knowledgeable and answered our questions and addressed our concerns. He was not pushy. We told him upfront that we were getting multiple quotes, and he was the first. After seeing other roofing contractors we went with Best Way Siding and Roofing. I did not like the big companies, the franchises; not my style. I like the small family company, so we went with him, and we are glad we did. Best Way Siding and Roofing removed our old roofing shingles and replaced multiple pieces of rotted plywood before installing a well-known roofing system and replacing our skylight. The job was done in a day. The crew kept my husband informed of their progress and took pictures of the rotted plywood and showed him the pieces. They did a wonderful job. I usually second guess myself when making any decisions but not this time. I have already recommended Best Way Siding and Roofing to others."

Words cannot express how thrilled I am with the entire roofing project completed by Rhino Back Roofing. I am a VERY particular decision maker when I hire a company to do projects of this magnitude and Rhino Back Roofing came thru with Flying Colors. From day 1, they were extremely polite and professional. Guided me through the process of putting forth an insurance claim and was with me step by step to get everything approved. Once approved, I was guided through the various steps of making a shingle style and color selection and any other options I was being offered. Even after I made my choices, I decided to change my mind on a few items and without ANY hesitation on their part, they agreed with my final decisions, accepted them and encouraged me that I would be extremely happy with the end result, and I am 1000%!!! 2 days before the installation, all materials were delivered and placed on my property perfectly. The day of the install, a team of 9 installers and 2 site managers arrived and walked me thru every detail to make sure I completely understood exactly what was going to transpire and once again, they professionally answered any questions I had. One site manager remained throughout the entire installation to make sure everything went seamlessly, and it did. The entire install for our home took 2.5 days without ANY issues or problems whatsoever. 4600 square foot home with steep roof lines. At the end of the project, the entire team cleaned our property perfectly, with great detail and it looked like no one was even here. Our house looked absolutely AMAZING when they were finished!!! We couldn't be happier. And finally, 2 days later, their final step is to send someone to do one last fine-tooth clean up just to be 100% sure everything they could find, such as one remaining nail or piece of paper was removed and thrown away. HONESTLY, I could not be happier with the entire working relationship with Rhino Back Roofing...they are wonderful to work with, honest, extremely helpful, very customer service oriented and will jump thru hoops to make the customer as comfortable as possible with projects such as replacing one's roof. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. "My project involved a full kitchen and bathroom renovation in my 100+ year old house. It came with all the challenges of an older home, complete with uneven walls and floors, original plaster, and strangely shaped rooms / layout. Leo was very attentive, detail oriented, and always wanted to be sure I was happy with the decisions needed. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or increase the scope of the project for his own gain. Along the way there were things I added to the scope, but he was always helpful in deciding what was needed or made sense to do vs. something not needed or that might be overinvesting. He was very diligent and detail oriented in all aspects of the job. The project involved leveling and sheet rocking walls and ceilings, new tile throughout the bathroom, new tub, installation of shower doors, removal of an exterior window (and residing exterior to cover the area, which was done seamlessly), new sinks, vanity, mirrors, and fixtures, and a slew of other details I’m probably leaving out. It was a challenging space and came out great! Much of the same was needed in the kitchen, but it also included new cabinets, counters, backsplash, and framing out a very weird wall so the cabinets and appliances would make sense and be even. He also painted all of rooms and left the house clean and beautiful. He was always polite and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again for another similar project in the future."
