"It went great! They were a few minutes late--due to train and called me, which I very much appreciated. They came in and with canvas and plastic sheeting encased the entire area in the kitchen to keep the mess to a minimum. They were very polite and really hard workers. They never even stopped for lunch. They were careful to keep the door closed--as I could not find one of my cats and I was afraid he would get out. They removed the previous old light fixture and then patched the wall. I was asked where I wanted the placement of the four new lights and wow--just like that--four new holes were drilled and four new lights installed. They dry walled the entire area and not a seam shows. They ensured the lights go on from both switches. Clean up was done quickly and there was zero mess for me to clean up. After I had purchased this item on Angie's list--Mr. Dove had emailed me with a list of questions about the light fixture and informed me about the process and the time it would take. I've had several house repairs/changes done in the past--this light fixture replacement was by far--the best, quickest and professional job I've ever has done. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off. <br /> He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"<p>The representative arrived promptly, actually a little before I got home.  However, they parked in the middle of my driveway and I had to park down the street.  The representative was very difficult to understand and communicate with.  I had hoped they would assist with a toilet handle that had gotten stuck in the past and caused overflow and flooding.  He was able to stop leaking in two of our toilets.  When asked about the sticking handle, I was told it worked fine.  (It doesn't and has stuck multiple times since).</p> <p>I took the time to make sure the bathrooms were clean before the representative arrived.  When asked to check the work, I found both bathrooms to have black smudges on the toilet, floors and countertops.  Additionally, I found similar substances on my front door.  Before repairs were made, I was advised of the cost.  At the time when I signing off on the finished work, I was informed of an additional $19.99 fuel surcharge.  This should have been disclosed up front either in the advertisement for services or when agreeing to the cost of repairs.  Overall, not worth it - most likely could have went to a local home repair store and did the work myself. </p> <br />"
