"The truck was here on time as scheduled. He would not dump the mulch in the yard because they company had a problem with their truck sinking into a leeching field. I told him that our field was out back but he said he couldn't put it anywhere except in the driveway, which I understood. It just made it a bit more difficult for me to carry it over to where I needed it. Other than that the product was excellent and it lasted at least three years before I needed to replace it. "The technician arrived on time and explained the process. Since we had to be out of the house while he did the spraying, he waited patiently until we were ready to leave. He sprayed inside on the baseboards and outside on the entire perimeter of the house. We only saw one ant after that, just a day or two after the treatment, and it looked like it was moving very slowly (i.e., in the process of dying!). Since then we have not seen any more ants at all. Before the treatment we would see those big, black ants frequently during the late spring and summer. We are very pleased to be rid of these pests.

They were difficult to schedule, and once I did, they were kind of unenthusiastic about doing the work because I think they though of it as more work as opposed to just a landscape survey. I could tell the owner was not particularly happy that I wasn't going to spend another $500 on getting some sort of landscape architecture plan. It wasn't fun but the work was fine. I don't think it was particularly good or bad. They just used a leaf blower and stuff. Then after I got a bill for $30 for taking and he never told me and I thought that was horrible. I haven't paid it because first of all, he never notified me that there was going to be a charge and I don't see why I should pay for them taking some leaves away when they could have just left them in my lawn and the garbage man would have taken them for free."
