"The truck was here on time as scheduled. He would not dump the mulch in the yard because they company had a problem with their truck sinking into a leeching field. I told him that our field was out back but he said he couldn't put it anywhere except in the driveway, which I understood. It just made it a bit more difficult for me to carry it over to where I needed it. Other than that the product was excellent and it lasted at least three years before I needed to replace it. I would definitely use their products again."

"I called legacy landscape after getting teh brush off from another tree trimming service, and I am glad I did. Mark and the Legacy landscape team provided a fair estimate and were back to do the work within a week. I had contracted Legacy to trim two large trees covering my pool area. The location afforded little access. Mark came well prepared for the job and completed it with minimal disruption to the back yard. They even cleaned out the flower beds before leaving. Service was excellent and mark made sure the crew did not clean up until he I was satisfied with the cutting. Job was high quality and crew was personable."

"All went well. The fellow seemed very knowledgable. He completed the spraying and the house had to be vacated while he did the spraying. I was not totally comfortable with the idea of leaving a service provider in my house all alone. Perhaps I am too suspicious but he said it was a law that the house be vacated by humans and pets while the spraying was being done. As it turned out, there was no problem with that, thank goodness. The real test of success will be to see if carpenter ants or mice reappear in the near future. I am just hoping the A rating is well deserved. Finally, I have to say the woman I spoke to at the office was extremely knowledgable and pleasant. Her very positive attitude went a look way in getting me to commit to this company's service.

His crew came prepared, clearly knew what they were doing, and were pleasant and professional at all times. I love the look of the back of my house, and, once again, can use the small porch to safely access the back yard. They were difficult to schedule, and once I did, they were kind of unenthusiastic about doing the work because I think they though of it as more work as opposed to just a landscape survey. I could tell the owner was not particularly happy that I wasn't going to spend another $500 on getting some sort of landscape architecture plan. It wasn't fun but the work was fine. I don't think it was particularly good or bad. They just used a leaf blower and stuff. Then after I got a bill for $30 for taking and he never told me and I thought that was horrible. I haven't paid it because first of all, he never notified me that there was going to be a charge and I don't see why I should pay for them taking some leaves away when they could have just left them in my lawn and the garbage man would have taken them for free."
