He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. "I did not like the job timing. The workers showed up on a Friday at 6:00 P.M. to start the job of removing the old floor. The returned Saturday morning to complete the installation of the new floor. Although it was an excellent job done with very good materials I did not appreciate it taking two days instead of the one day promised by the salesman. Also you have to pay for the warranty, in reality Empire does not warranty anything. The workers did do a professional job in every respect Empire should limit their work load so they don't arrive so late to start a job."

"Ricky, the owner was very professional and took an extra day to finish the project as the finish sucked into the floor and needed an extra coat. He did not charge for this service. I was very happy with the results and the price. There was hardly any dust to contend with. The floor still has an odor to it not sure how long that should last."
