He coordinated the contractors including plumbers, tilers and glass installers and kept the work moving forward. The work was professional and very well executed. "Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"

"We acquired a condominium on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house in Arlington. MA. The existing hardwood floors were beyond repair and we wanted to add a 2nd bathroom. In addition we wanted to integrate the existing sun porch into the living room to more than recover the area lost to the new bathroom, and install central A/C. We had estimates from three other contractors before we met with Pedro from Crystal Renovations. His pricing was very competitive relative to the other contractors, but that was mostly due to the others trying to add work that we didn't want or need. Pedro listened to what we wanted and worked with us to accomplish it. From the very beginning of the project until the end Pedro was always responsive and answered, emails, texts, and phone messages in a very timely fashion. He and his crew and subs were a pleasure to work with and any issues that arose were dealt with in a calm and professional manner. Before and during the project Pedro made several design suggestions such as recessed lighting on the sun porch, shower stall light, and new bath layout that definitely improved on our original thoughts. In the end the project came in on time and with a very small increase to the original estimate despite some challenges he and his crew had to work through. The best part, though, is the absolute impeccable quality of the finished product. We highly recommend Pedro and Crystal Renovations and plan to use them again in the near future."
