The whole time he was friendly and informative. It didnâ t matter the time of night it was, he was determined to fix the issue. He was repairing in a way that would keep the cost down. That rarely happens with contractors. Within 30 minutes, he had the main drain cleared from the house to the septic. Derek even took the effort to double check from the opposite end in my house to make sure it was up to his standards. The whole time he is sharing knowledge and explaining the cause and effects and how the system is designed. When the job was finished, we went over the invoice. I couldnâ t believe the price!
