"Glenn Gleason is a professional . A Skilled Craftsman who responded immediately to my request for help. He completely rebuilt a 60’ Deck Railing that had just been built. . . . That was not constructed to code utilizing notching with overcuts at every cut. The deck railing was very unsafe.
