"We are very happy and satisfied with our experience with American Wood Reface. Everyone we came in contact with from beginning to end was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products. Jim, our sales person, was very easy to work with and made suggestions on wood, color and hardware that would make our kitchen cabinets blend well with the rest of the house. He also suggested cabinet design changes that would make storage more efficient. Jim, the Installation Manager, was also very easy to work with and worked with us to make some upgrades that we wanted. He also explained the whole process and what to expect. The two carpenters were very consciences of keeping everything clean by covering up floors, appliances and closing off the work area. They were on time, asked questions if needed and explained what they were doing. We were very impressed on how hard working they were, the quality of their craftsmanship and attention to detail. We are so pleased with the results that we will have them do our bathroom next. We highly recommend American Wood Reface and thank everyone involved with this project."

"It was perfect! They had to replace butcher block countertops that had been incorrectly installed by another company. They came out and gave an estimate and had samples of wood to choose from and gave options for the installation on the edges, etc. They show up when they are scheduled to for all appointments and they explain what they are going to do and how to care for the counters after installation. Exceptional people to work with!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."
