"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"The removal and replacement of the roof was done in a timely and professional manner. I have used this company for other jobs in the past and was always impressed with their work. The problem I had on this occasion was post replacement. The first storm after the roof was replaced produced a leak in one of the bedrooms. They were quick to check and repair the problem, but the leak left a stain on the ceiling which needs to be touched up. Six months and numerous tries later, I can still not get the company to send someone to touch this up. With my wife and I attempting to sell our house, it looks like we will need to hire someone to do what this company should have done. Like I said before, I had good experiences on prior jobs, but this one will make me hesitant to use them again or recommend them to anyone else."

"Roofing nail punctured the Freon tubing in the attic. They did pay half of the lowest estimate. UPDATE: They did take care of me in the end. They fulfilled their promise to pay half the cost of fixing the freon tubing, they left my yard cleaner than how it started, all their staff were extremely polite, and in the end I'm a happy customer. I wish we'd avoided the freon tubes to begin with, but again, they did right by me in the end."
