"<p>Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.  </p> <br />"

"Roman, the owner, showed up right on time. His two man work crew was right behind him. They planned the lay-out of the lighting fixtures and got right to work. Roman gave us some expert advice on installing the remote control as opposed to a wall switch. His advice really helped us make a decision and we went with the remote control unit in the ceiling fan. The crew was very professional and helped move all of the furniture in and out of the living room. They laid down a huge drop cloth that covered the whole floor. They completed the job in a very timely manner and left our house neat and clean. We will definitely contact Roman again at Advanced Electric in Simi Valley, CA for future electrical work. P.S. his prices are more than fair."

"Sunshine builders planned and designed our outdoor living space and executed it after we approved all the changed and modifications so it will fit exactly to what we wanted to have. At first, we honestly didn’t think that we can get all what we wanted under our budget because it was just too many things in one project. The project that we wanted to do, included a 2 levels patio with space for full BBQ with dining area, sink, refrigerator, counter top and a large stone fire pit with seating area. More than that, we added some plantings spots by building a plats pots, a new grass area, LED solar lighting fixtures, a new driveway and more things. We’ve met and interviewed many contractors and home improvement companies and landscapers over the last few months and none of them was able to compete to Eric’s experience, quality and promise to ensure their work with our expectations. From Josh at Peace of Mind Electric, I got the best price with better panels. Several years ago, I watched his team install solar on the house just below mine. What I saw was a very professional group of young men that knew what needed to be done and did it. The job was 40 panels split between the house and patio roof. House roof panels were flat but the patio installation had to be angle-mounted in order to get the most from the sun. I was impressed and asked for a card. He said, "Call the boss last he will beat anyone." He was right--a better price with high-end Panasonic panels. If you want journeymen electricians that truly like working together, call Josh at Peace of Mind Electric. He can beat the others for two reasons; he keeps his profit margin lower in order to keep his crew busy and he isn't paying the thousands of dollars for the advertising you hear on the radio. "I've used Brian 3 times for various projects.  I obtained his name from a lighting store sometime ago.  I have been glad they referred him.  He is very professional, clean and orderly in his approach to getting the job done.  He has always passed city inspection.  He completely wired my shop on the previous occasion and installed outdoor lighting and a remote switch for my corrals on another.  I would hire him again and highly recommend him.  On one occasion, a sensor went out, on one of my floodlights for a corral, shortly after the light was installed.  He responded and put in a new one for no charge.....now it works perfectly.  I've always appreciated a man that stands behind his work. <br />"

"We have a backyard that is pretty much bare and in need of privacy and much more. We were overwhelmed with where to start and didn't want to plant anything or install any hardscape that might interfere with our future plans for a pool.  We called Kirk and he called back promptly and scheduled an appointment to come out.  He got a feel for what we wanted and the style we were going for by asking questions, showing us pictures and even by observing the way we had remodeled/decorated the inside of our house.  We had a couple other people come out and it seemed like they were used to one style and one way of doing things and didn't ask a lot about the look we wanted.  After Kirk finished the hardscape plans we were so excited with the outcome we wanted to move right along with the lighting, drainage and plants.  Kirk encouraged us to "sit with the hardscape plans" to make sure we were happy with everything.  After a week we decided we wanted to switch the locations of the fireplace and bbq which was an option Kirk had mentioned when he presented us with the plans.  Instead of rushing through the process to collect a paycheck and move on to the next job, Kirk was more concerned with us taking our time to be extra sure we were satisfied with the plans. After we approved the hardscape plans Kirk finished the plant, drainage and lighting plants a week later. We could not be happier with the finished plans and really enjoyed working with Kirk.  He is a great listener, very knowledgeable and great at what he does.  I would highly recommend him to anyone."
