The estimator arrived when expected and took the time to consider various ways to put in the new pipes; we wanted to be able to isolate upstair and downstair bathrooms for planned remodel. (We got a total of three estimates.) The office scheduler arranged for the actual work smoothly and answered a few follow-up questions.
