Very satisfied with the water quality and service. The water in my area is extremely hard. Gary arrived on time for a service call and thoroughly checked out my existing 15 year old softener. After troubleshooting the existing timer based 25K system, he provided a detailed estimate of repair. He also provided a detailed estimate for replacement cost using a Puronics softener.



Gary discussed the pros/cons of repair vs new install and advised me think it over and get back to them when I felt comfortable with my choice. Based on my favorable experiences with scheduling service and with Gary's knowledge/professionalism, I purchased the Puronics softener that day. The results were as advertised. "We met with 3 contractors to quote work for roof replacement and complete replacement of our cedar siding on a late 70s home (original siding was rotting). Integrity was not the lowest price from the group. However, the high quality of their demonstrated properties, excellent service record, and great referrals encouraged us to contact with them. The estimates and work plan were thoroughly explained by their sales staff. Due to it being original siding, our home required customer cut cedar siding which their carpenters did to perfection. You couldn't tell it wasn't the original siding! They also handled painting and trim perfectly. The roof replacement was through insurance claims (we had hail damage). Their pricing was right in line with our insurance company, went very quickly, and we’ve had no issues since. It also matches well with the siding. When we're working in the yard, at least 10 different cars/passerby’s have asked us who did our siding and roof. Cars have stopped as well to admire the restoration work they did. "Rocky was on time when he came out to survey the work I needed done. He offered suggestions on how to repair the rotted fascia and wooden beam area which led to a cost savings and did not require me to hire a roofer. He quickly provided me with an estimate. He was working on another job at the time, but kept me up to date on his schedule and when he'd be able to start my job. During the conduct of the work, Rocky was timely (he arrived and left at a reasonable hour), courteous, professional, innovative, meticulous, extremely neat (he cleaned up every day before he left), kept us informed on his schedule (i.e., he let us know if he was not coming usually because of rain), and gladly performed the additional tasks we added onto his plate. The overhangs/house extensions are 18-20 feet high, probably 30+ feet long, 10+ feet wide, are constructed of wood, and have six wooden beams that go from the front through the house and to the back. Rocky hand painted both the front and back overhangs with a brush on a ladder. Any cleaned up any paint that dripped onto the patio. The fascia and beam repairs were very close to the edge of the swimming pool and could not be easily reached with the ladder alone. Rocky built a platform that he extended over a portion of the pool, counter weighted it, and placed his ladder on the platform while he was doing the repairs and painting. When he was done with the work, he disassembled the platform and hauled it away. Rocky took down two old ceiling fans that we had over the back patio and hauled them away. He installed two new fans and get them set up and working. One of the fans would not work so he got on the phone with the technical support group for the fan manufacturer to try to see how to fix the issue. We ended up having him take down the one fan that would not work properly(which we returned) and then put up the new replacement fan. Once again, he made sure both fans were working before he moved onto another task, and he hauled away the boxes from both fans. Having had a lot of work done at the house over the past year, I was impressed with Rocky's neatness. He cleaned up every night, consolidating ladders, paint cans, tarps, and other materials into one inconspicuous location before he left. He did not leave any trash laying around the yard, hoses were recoiled, paint drippings were removed, and when he left we didn't find nails or screws or anything else laying on the ground. We have identified other tasks that need to be done both inside and outside the house, and while my husband could do them, his first response was to "Call Rocky. He'll do a better job than me". "The company was very professional, clean, courteous and efficient. I was very impressed with their services. When they arrived they spent almost an hour prepping the area for cleanliness and to prevent any damage in the area from the insulation hose. They then spent over an hour using batted and blown insulation to re-insulate the attic. I felt they went above and beyond what was needed. Afterwards they cleaned up, even wiping door knobs and handrails leading to where they worked. I would highly recommend using this company."

"He and the other worker are inconsistent on the days and times that they were even here and working. One worker took a very long lunch break and appeared to have fallen asleep in his truck when we were gone. Then he said had no materials and could not continue to work. He left at 3pm. He would leave to do another job, when there was still work to be done for us. Since the 2nd payment, he has not shown up again. He wanted $500 of the last payment before work was completed, but we wouldn?t pay more without finishing the job. He will not return our calls. (Graded F for overall, C for price, C for quality, F for responsiveness, F for punctuality, F for professionalism, and that I would not use them again) UPDATE AS OF 2/17/16: The contractor has completed the job and we reached an agreement with the service provider. We no longer are seeking a complaint through Angie's List against Antonio Drywall Repair & Texture. We also updated the grades for this provider."
