"THEY CALLED TO ADVISE THEY WOULD COME OUT ON THURSDAY, JUNE 30 TO REMOVE AND HAUL AWAY THE OLD FENCE AND DIG THE HOLES FOR THE NEW FENCE. THEY ALSO REMOVED AN OLD CONCRETE BLOCK FOR ME! "This was the first time my wife gave them color for the hallway. And when we looked at it we didn't like the color, so we called them back and had them repaint it. Good, the work was done well both times. We had some water damage and the insurance covered it, painting the hallway and all the painting was part of that repair."

The bad (which was actually probably great) is that when they arrived and looked at my gate, they explained to me exactly why putting a latch on the gate hadn't been done before (really pretty terrible original construction). We talked about our options for a while, and what I ended up with was a gorgeous new gate that not only latches shut and looks beautiful, I am confident it is built to last and not just taking the cheap and cheerful approach to getting things done. Oh and even better? The guy came out ON EASTER SUNDAY to do the repair work. Totally stunned, but he wanted to get the work done before they were busy with some larger projects.
