"The Salesperson (Stephen) is great to deal with, although, at times, very difficult to contact. This is understandable as he is not only managing his Employees but the Sales portion as well. The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. In conclusion, Outdoor Installations came through with flying colors and would highly recommend."

"We hired Ben and his crew to paint a property in Troy that we were trying to sell. Ben came out, provided a quote and was able to start work within a couple weeks. This is an entirely family owned business. Throughout the course of the job I met Ben, his son, his nephew, and several other family members. To me this was extremely important because you could tell that each of them put a significant amount of pride in their work. Ben's crew pressure washed the entire house first, then went back and scrapped off any loose paint (which was apparently all of it). The majority of the house was taken down to bare wood and then they applied a primer and 2 top coats. We had several areas where there was rotted wood. Ben's crew repair all of this before painting so the exterior looked as good as new. The communication throughout the entire project was great. Ben sent us daily text messages with pictures to let us know the progress. Since we weren't living in the house at the time, the constant update was a huge help rather than having to drive up regularly to see the property. Overall I would recommend them again and we are considering having them paint our new house as well. Thanks to the paint job the house sold within a month of being on the market."
