My wife and I met Jim at a home improvement show at the fairground’s, and from there was the beginning of a family type relationship. Working with Jim as an owner is much better than working with salesmen from other companies. They take so much pride in their work, and they are there from the beginning of the project to the end. We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. Jim and his team were also able to handle the customizations that we requested too. The whole team is very innovative in coming up with creative ways to add things we asked for such as outside lighting, data and video jacks, as well as separate electrical circuits. "Professional, excellent quality work. The project came in on budget. The work crew are all employees, Chris the owner does not use subcontractors making scheduling and accountability issues non existatant. Our lead, Jay Montgomery, was always on time. He was so meticulous in his work making everthing he did perfect. Each day he left the job clean and picked up. He always listened to our thoughts and problems and fixed them as did Chris. He made sure we were comfortable replacing our toilet each day so we didnt have to hike down the hall at night. He also reinstalled the sink and cooktop after the countertops were removed for our comfort, we were never without a kitchen during the remodel. We also replaced our floors with luxury vinyl and the installer Jared did an outstanding job. Mike, Jay's apprentice also showed an excellent work ethic and attention to detail. We highly recommend All American. Our neighbors have contracted with them also for a similar remodel which speaks volumes."

"Hired to replace my existing plaster ceilings with drywall, replace the old blown insulation in the attic with batt insulation, install a new ceiling fan including wiring, and rewire an existing ceiling fan. Juan and his guys are efficient and professional. They always showed up in the estimated time frame. They cleaned up the work area every day before they left and cleaned up at the end of the project. Extremely pleased with the finished work. Jason, the owner, is very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. Kitchen ceiling was cracked and falling the day after the estimate and I called Jason and he sent Juan out within an hour or so to brace the ceiling to keep it from falling. This was before I had even signed a contract. He had absolutely no obligation to do that, but I extremely appreciate it. It saved me a mess and damage to deal with. Would absolutely hire them again in the future and highly recommend them."

"removing tub and tile did damage to ceiling - they did not repair it. Salesman suggest an oversized soap tray which would not fit anywhere. Their product is WAY over priced. I would not recommend this company."

"Customers beware! This review is for JK Custom Builders located in Arcanum OH. The Owner/Operator is also the GC/estimator. We hired this General contractor to complete a 16x30 addition onto our home. This entire project was a disaster from the start to an incomplete job. We eventually had to fire this contractor as they are incompetent and do a very poor quality of work. They failed the rough inspections due to poor framing issues and attaching the new roofing to the existing structure. The roofing that they installed was completed twice and by 2 different roofers and will still needs torn off and reinstalled. This contractor refused to complete the roof per current code requirements. They even tore off the existing chimney and tried to rebuild this due to poor planning. This will need to be reframed and rebuilt as the replacement they provided is completely out of plum and is missing the proper flashing/chimney caps. The contractor also destroyed items and would not repair and resolve issues around the property. Due to poor planning our existing basement flooded with water and mud during a rain storm. All carpet will need replaced and we have driveway that was cracked and damaged. The driveway that was damaged was not even near the home and project. The GC refused to acknowledge the damaged. This was due to where he wanted to put the temporary water closet away from the jobsite. We have all items documented and photos taken! A total review process of this company would fill a book! This GC should be avoided for any project! He will belittle you and act as though he has done nothing wrong! I wish I could post all my photo evidence within this post! I also wish I could leave ZERO STARS!"

"Terry and Michael are great installers. The owner of the business is very hard to deal with and will not take care of issues that arise. I have been trying for 11/2 years to have my kitchen floor fixed. The owner Todd said I bought discontinued floor and it was my fault that it is coming apart. The tongue and groove edges cracked causing my floor to come up due to an employee beating my floor in place. The employee no longer works there but Todd refuses to fix my floor. I have gaps in my living room and a bad spot in my bedroom. I contacted the flooring company and they told me that the floor was not properly installed. They offered to send replacement flooring, but I would have to pay shipping. I would also have to pay someone to tear up my kitchen and install the new floor. Todd put frog tape on my floor and said they would get caulk and other things to fix my floor. This was 5 months ago and I never heard a word from them. Todd does not believe in customer service and once he has your money he is finished no matter what issues arise."
