You should know that selecting and purchasing the materials is your responsibility - Eddy is happy to recommend sensible and cost-effective local suppliers. All told, the total cost of my remodel including materials (tub, vanity, tiles, vanity) was about $8K - still a great deal for a full 8x7 bathroom remodel (one quote I received from a different contractor was for $8K and that was to only replace the tub and install an acrylic surround!).
