"ETC came within a day to assess the damage to our kitchen. We received a quote within 24 hours. 4 large pieces of Sheetrock were removed from the ceiling, replaced, taped, spackled & painted. We also chose to add crown molding, which they provided the materials for. Along with the repairs, the entire kitchen needed to be painted due to Sheetrock removal & replacement. The kitchen pantry closet needed a complete rip out of sheetrock and insulation and replacement. As this project required sanding and repeated spackling, ETC did a good job at containing the dust to the work area.  They also thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed the entire area and removed all debris.  The painting was phenomenal and at less than half the price we paid a number of years ago with another contractor.  The painting also included repairing any walls which had existing blemishes.  ETC worked continuously through a 6 day period. They were prompt, explained the repairs and provided ideas on paint and closet design (as we wanted as much usable space as possible).  They provided a large paint sampler and all the supplies needed for all repairs.  This is our second time hiring ETC for our home.  Thumbs up, we are very pleased with their work."

"The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."
