"If I could give this company 100 stars, I would. We changed our 2 nd floor from carpet to hardwood floors and needed our staircase rebuilt with hardwood floors. J&J had changed our original handrails/posts and rails a few years back and when this job came up , I knew I wanted them to do it because their work is that good. Different pairs of teams come to do each phase of the work and they are all accomplished, gifted artisans. It is humbling to witness how hard they work when they were here….they took care to protect the rest of the house from dust and clean up at the end of each work day. Once they did arrive on a later date, the work was done quickly, efficiently and of high-quality. I will consider them for an additional project in the future."

"After he left the project. The mini split air conditioner that he selected and installed did not work. Upon further research, it was actually low-rated for energy efficiency. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with. "
