"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

"I wouldn't have believed how easy it would be to get a new roof until Chris showed me how. He really earns his business. Everything went very well.

It did take a little longer than I had hoped to begin the work, but this was largely due to an extremely wet and rainy July. Otherwise, everything was extremely timely and professional.
