"We had the garage and back patio on our new house done by Granite Garage Floors of Raleigh-Durham back in April of 2023 and were initially pleased with the results. However, if one of the reasons you are considering them is their lifetime warranty, you may want to look elsewhere. We had a small issue in our garage with two spots that lifted recently in the path of tires on one of our cars and despite contacting Keith multiple times over the course of three months, have been unable to get a clear warranty issue resolved. He did get back to me on my second attempt at contacting him and said he would address the problem in a few weeks and then we never heard back from him despite multiple emails, voicemails and text messages. It's frustrating when you try to give someone the benefit of the doubt as I know how busy they are, but the lack of any response whatsoever has left little for me to do but alert others of a possible issue they may run into if they think the warranty that this company supplies is worth anything. Caveat Emptor!"
