"Cunningham Construction (Paul and Vicki) helped us navigate a fairly complex remodel where we moved a laundry room to our garage and replaced the laundry with a shower creating an downstairs guest space with it's own bath and shower. Paul and Vicki adeptly managed the permitting process across our county and township. Paul's attention to detail showed through in the planning and execution. The project involved managing electrical, plumbing, painting and custom shower installation teams, drawing up architectural plans for the home, and leveraging a deep cross functional set of skills from framing, drywall, texturing, tile, door framing, procurement of materials and disposal.
